Appeal Fees

Subdivision and Development appeal fees are $37 for any development, except signs, proposed on lands governed by the following land use zones:

• RF1 Single Detached Residential
• RF2 Low Density Infill
• RF3 Low Density Redevelopment
• RF4 Semi-detached Residential
• RMH Mobile Home
• RSL Residential Small Lot
• AGU Urban Reserve
• RPL Planned Lot Residential
• RR Rural Residential
• AP Public Parks
• AG Agricultural
• A Metropolitan Recreation

Fees are $72 for signs, subdivision appeals, and all other proposed developments not listed above.

The appropriate fee must accompany your appeal or it is not considered complete and will not be processed.

Appeal fees may be paid using VISA, Mastercard or Debit but only if you file your appeal in person at the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board office, Office of the City Clerk, 10019 - 103 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta.
