COVID-19 Update
For the safety of Edmontonians and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Tribunals' office is closed to in-person services. These changes will be in effect until further notice.
Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Appeals can continue to be filed online and a hearing will be scheduled within 30 days upon receipt of an appeal.
Revised Hearing Process (effective August 5, 2020)
Due to physical distancing requirements, Subdivision and Development Appeal board hearings scheduled starting August 5, 2020, will be conducted by a combination of video conference and written submissions as directed by the SDAB Chair.
